Dove House is our second site which opened its doors in September 2010.
It has several air-conditioned rooms for over 100 children including a beautiful and very popular indoor sandpit.
The nursery offers all year childcare for babies from 6 months, toddlers and pre-schoolers up to 5 years.
Dove House is open Monday - Friday from 8.00 am - 6.00 pm.
Our award-winning nursery meals are cooked daily on the premises, using fresh and quality ingredients.
Dove House is registered with Ofsted, Lambeth Council and is a member of the National Day Nurseries Association.

At Dove House our rooms are divided for our babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Robins is where our babies from 6 months to 2 years are looked after with lots of love and care. Before they start they get to enjoy three taster sessions to help them get used to new surroundings. With a staff ratio of 1:3, there are always lots of people on hand to play, help or give a cuddle.
Swallows and Eagles are our toddler room for two to two and half years. It is where you will find where our independent little ones where they are given more choice in their days, though still within a carefully planned framework. There's a staff ratio of 1:4 to provide lots of guidance and helping hands.
Dove House Pre-school is made up of 2 preschool base rooms - Parakeets and Woodpeckers. Children begin to move up to the first room from around two and half years and will move through the rooms until they start reception, at rising 5 years old. The children now are usually confident and skilful little learners, busy with creative and investigative activities, often with close friends and clear preferences.. The staffing ratio is 1:4 for under 3s and 1: 8 for 3 -5 year olds.

Louisa
Dove House and Playhouse Manager
Louisa has worked in childcare for more than 9 years. She has a degree in Childhood Studies and loves working with children and is developing new and exciting learning opportunities. Louisa has been the Deputy manager of Dove House for the last 4 years and also enjoys promoting positive staff well being at Cavendish Lodge Nurseries.
Jennifer
Dove House and Playhouse Deputy Manager
Jennifer is back with us at Cavendish Lodge Nurseries after gaining further experience within the childcare sector. She is level 3 qualified in childcare with a wealth experience in pre-school and toddler rooms in Dove House.
Angie
Third in Charge
Deputy Manager
Angie has recently joined Cavendish Lodge nursery as our Third in Charge. Angie will also cover as Dove House Deputy Manager while Jennifer is on Maternity Leave. Angie has worked in childcare for over 30 years and is bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. She is Level 3 qualified and has worked with babies up to Preschool and particularly enjoys sensory and creative play with the children.

Jamie is a level 3 practitioner and has been working in childcare for 15 years. She has experience working across all age groups and has been our room leader in 'Robins' for the last 4 years. Jamie loves to play and interact with our babies, ensuring they have a fun filled day at nursery through lots of engaging and exciting activities.
Wilma
Toddlers
Room Leader
Wilma has been working at Cavendish now for over 4 years, she has worked her way up from practitoner to room leader. Wilma has worked in our baby rooms and is now our Toddler room leader. Wilma has a passion for Music and can often be found with her drums durning circle time.
Amelia

Amelia is a level 3 qualified practitioner who is currently working towards a degree in Child Psychology. Amelia has worked in childcare for 5 years and enjoys being enthusiastic, creative and imaginative, especially when exploring the children's interests and creating fun play opportunities.

Playhouse Lead
Olesya was a room leader previously at Cavendish Lodge before leaving to bring up her children, who attended Cavendish Lodge Nurseries. Olesya has embraced her role as Playhouse lead with the support of the experienced team in the Playhouse
