To register for a place at our Streatham Cavendish Lodge and Dove House nurseries please complete the following application form. Once we have received your form and your registration fee our admissions officer we contact you to discuss your application. Please be aware that a place is not guaranteed once registered.  We aim to give you 8-10 weeks’ notice of a suitable place becoming available and although we endeavour to offer a space matching your requirements this may not always be the case.
